Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsibilities include selling Resideo heating and water systems products through a network of wholesalers, retailers, energy suppliers and other key partners; creating demand among plumbers, designers, investor representatives and industrial companies; maintaining and developing relationships with current customers in the region; acquiring new customers and project opportunities; achieving regional sales targets; conducting customer visits; managing and executing promotional campaigns; creating demand for Resideo and Honeywell Home products through training of plumbers/distributors; collecting program registrations and loyalty/academy participation; representing the company at exhibitions, fairs and regional events to promote solutions and generate opportunities; leveraging Salesforce.com to manage pricing arrangements, pipeline and opportunities; monitoring competitor activity and market trends and sharing insights with management.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Slovak and English for communication
- Proven experience in technical sales, especially HVAC or related building technologies and services
- Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Driver's license category B
