Area Sales Manager - Assistant Manager- Indore (Oil & Gas - Adjacent 1)

Drive EDC and swiping device sales across assigned locations while onboarding new merchants and servicing existing ones for offline payment solutions. Manage day-to-day operations, resolve merchant queries, and oversee team performance by setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and monitoring metrics. Build and lead the team by hiring, coaching, motivating members, and organizing activities to foster an open communication culture. Maintain strong relationships with PSU and oil marketing companies to support end-to-end sales and operations in the Indore area.
