Job Summary
Conduct pricing negotiations, sales forecasting, and market development for new and existing Bakemart products to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Generate and qualify new sales leads by identifying key decision-makers and converting opportunities into profitable deals. Maintain strong relationships with key B2B customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth while following up on supply chain activities for on-time order execution. Develop outbound sales strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging experience in HORECA and frozen bakery modules within the UAE market. Requires a Bachelor's degree, six years of sales experience in food service, and a valid driving license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in sales in Food Service areas, including handling key customer accounts independently
- Experience in HORECA
- experience of Frozen bakery business module
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets
- managing B2B customer relationships
- experience in UAE market
- familiarity in the local territory
- client base
- a network they can plug into
- Job experiences in Food Service areas
- special exposure to Bakery (frozen category preferable)
- driving license which can be easily convertible
- possessing UAE driving licenses
