Job Summary
Area Sales Manager responsible for supervising a cohort of Account Sales Representatives within a defined geographic territory to maximize sales, distribution, and service quality. Provides training and supervision to ensure reps meet standards in the Structured Sales Processes, and effectively implements company programs to achieve sales volume and merchandising goals while presenting the brand to retailers and consumers. Emphasis on market knowledge, product sales, brand knowledge, customer relationships, program execution, and strong communication. Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience in beer industry sales management and people development.
