Job Summary

Drive sales and storewide results by delivering a positive customer experience and creating well-merchandised, accurately signed product presentations in designated areas. Lead the team in providing excellent customer service, executing product placements aligned with visual merchandising standards, and ensuring daily recovery efforts and stock replenishment maintain visually appealing selling areas. Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly while resolving inquiries with professionalism, and guide the team in executing sale sets, price changes, and promotional updates. Participate in weekly leadership meetings to plan workload and communicate daily goals, while championing associate engagement through onboarding, teaching, and celebrating achievements. Maintain equipment, back-of-house organization, and safety protocols, and utilize company tools to determine labor hours for selling, merchandising, and signing tasks.

1+ years of retail experience

Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
