Job Summary
Entrepreneurial Area Sales Director needed to launch and lead a Real Producers publication in Parsippany, NJ. You’ll establish and grow a local revenue-generating publication by building partnerships with local business owners, driving advertising partnerships, and shaping a community-focused magazine. Responsibilities include conducting consultative meetings with business owners, developing long-term partnerships, connecting businesses with ideal customers through the publication, engaging homeowners for authentic community content, managing territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations, and partnering with the national team for design, production, and training. You’ll lead growth as the face of Stroll in your market, enjoy ownership-style opportunity, a flexible hybrid schedule (in-person engagement and home-office work), and comprehensive training. Must be entrepreneurial, a natural relationship-builder with consultative sales instincts, and motivated to help local businesses grow. Ownership and community leadership are core components, with success measured by revenue growth and published community impact.
