Area Sales Director to launch, grow, and lead a Real Producers publication as a local publisher. Responsibilities include conducting consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships, building relationships within the community, connecting businesses with their ideal customers through the publication, engaging homeowners for community-driven content, managing territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations, and partnering with the national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support. The role blends sales, ownership, and community leadership with a hybrid work model (in-person community engagement and home office work).
Required Qualifications
