Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships and build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model. Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication while engaging homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content. Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations as the face of Stroll in your market, partnering with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support. This hybrid position blends in-person community engagement with work performed from your home office. You'll launch, grow, and lead a Real Producers publication, operating as a local publisher to drive revenue and build an asset you own.
