Job Summary
Area Sales & Design Specialist responsible for driving sales growth and providing on-site design consultation at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory. Manage relationships with store leaders and associates, leverage Home Depot traffic to generate leads, plan and execute lead-gen events, maintain and merchandize TUFF Shed displays, and train others on product knowledge. Requires weekend/holiday/evening availability, a valid driver’s license, and proven relationship-building/sales abilities; offers commission-based earnings, guaranteed minimum subsidies, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings
- Current valid driver's license
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Proven relationship building skills
- Proven sales experience or ability to generate leads
- Ability to work on-site at Home Depot stores within assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and coordinate events
