Area Sales & Design Specialist

Drive sales growth and provide design consultation while working on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Manage a sales pipeline, coordinate lead-generating events, and partner with store leaders on performance updates, merchandising, and display maintenance. Ensure Tuff Shed displays remain presentable and signage is current. Maintain strong relationships with store associates and customers to leverage traffic for leads. Requires a valid driver's license, proven relationship-building skills, and ability to work independently. Weekly minimum guaranteed subsidy applies if earned commissions fall below the threshold.
