Job Summary
Area Sales & Design Specialist will work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory to help customers find the right solutions, build lasting relationships, and guide them through the buying process. The role offers uncapped commissions with a realistic total compensation range of $45,000-$75,000 annually, a guaranteed minimum weekly pay during onboarding, and comprehensive benefits. Weekend work is required. Training is provided to develop sales skills and grow into a sales or leadership career.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
- No prior sales experience required. We’ll train the right person.
