Job Summary
Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, helping customers find solutions while building lasting relationships and guiding them through the buying process. Earn uncapped commissions with a weekly minimum guaranteed subsidy and a realistic total compensation range of $45,000 to $75,000 annually. Complete onboarding, product training, and field training during the first 90 days to build your sales pipeline, with temporary increased guaranteed pay to support the transition. Availability includes weekends, holidays, and evenings, requiring a valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
