Job Summary
Area Sales and Catering Coordinator needed to increase hotel room revenue by growing production with corporate/travel agent/consortia accounts and groups across multiple Courtyard/Residence Inn/Springhill properties. Responsibilities include handling transient and group activity, developing solicitation plans, building relationships with third parties and lead sources, conducting site tours and entertaining clients, creating unique proposals for group programs, pursuing opportunities in corporate markets, representing the property at events, and managing multiple activities with strong organization. Marriott brand experience preferred; college degree preferred; professional communication and outbound sales efforts emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- High School Diploma and/or 2-3 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
