Area Sales Consultant

Job Summary
Achieve annual sales quotas by promoting Heidelberg Engineering's ophthalmic diagnostic imaging devices to new and existing customers. Collaborate cross-functionally with field applications, service, and HQ teams while representing the company at local, regional, and national symposiums and trade shows. Educate clients on product value and engage marketing to deliver in-territory roadshows, seminars, and webinars. Use Salesforce.com to manage prospective customer databases, enter sales activities, and track leads. Generate and present quotes, communicate billing and delivery details, and provide product training and installation support. Follow up on customer concerns and escalate issues to HQ for resolution. This role requires a bachelor's degree, three years of medical/capital industry sales experience, and 80% estimated travel.
