Job Summary
Implement company safety and compliance initiatives by coordinating audits, interpreting federal and state regulations, and liaising with internal and external auditors. Promote safe work behaviors through coaching to reduce injuries and vehicle accidents, while planning and administering ongoing safety programs for DOT, OSHA, EPA, and FDA standards. Conduct hazard assessments, organize driver training schedules, and lead ergonomic and risk assessment surveys across branch locations. Assist in creating training materials, maintaining location files, and presenting compliance data in monthly safety meetings. Collaborate with the hazard assessment team and support the Director of Safety and Compliance in ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ideally, you are available to travel 65% of the time
- Bachelor degree
- Three (3) years of experience in the industrial gas or related industry
- 7+ Years of experience in PRM
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of interpreting and explaining related information and/or policies to customers and employees
- Demonstrates a clear and succinct writing style for the purpose of preparing documents for internal and external distribution
