Job Summary
The Reliability Engineer/Supervisor will lead predictive and preventative maintenance activities to maximize the performance and reliability of mill assets. Responsibilities include applying advanced analysis techniques like vibration analysis, interpreting data trends to identify risks, and championing reliability improvement initiatives. This role requires collaboration with various teams; guidance and coaching on reliability tools and practices are also crucial. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering and have over two years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in reliability or maintenance
- High mechanical aptitude with the ability to connect data insights to physical equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with vibration analysis and machinery lubrication
- Demonstrated leadership in implementing new technologies or maintenance methodologies
- Ability to lead cross‐functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
- Strong computer skills and comfort with maintenance or analysis software tools
- Self‐motivated, resourceful, and capable of working with minimal direction
