Job Summary
Oversee procurement operations across multiple hotel properties, developing group-level strategies to manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contracts. Control purchasing budgets and cost optimization while ensuring best pricing, quality, and delivery standards aligned with luxury hospitality operations. Supervise inventory, stores, and supply chain processes, working closely with F&B, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and audit standards. Build strong relationships with key suppliers to drive operational efficiency and quality standards within this prestigious 5-star heritage luxury hotel group in Alexandria, Egypt.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience (Hotels Only)
- Proven experience in 5-star hotels or hotel groups
- Strong background in procurement, purchasing & cost control
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Ability to manage multi-property operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
