AREA PROPERTY MANAGER

Oversee the operational and financial performance of five scattered-site apartment communities from a central office. Lead on-site teams to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction, ensure efficient and profitable operations, and manage separate budgets for each property. Responsibilities include rent collections and delinquency management, lease approvals/renewals, pricing and concession strategy, reviewing invoices and controlling expenses, vendor contracts, regular property walks and inspections, maintenance operations, resolving escalated resident concerns, and recruiting, training, and supervising leasing and maintenance staff. Focus on creating a positive, accountable team culture and ensuring operational excellence across multiple properties managed from one central office.
