Job Summary
Oversee overseas property operations by advertising vacancies, negotiating leases, enforcing agreements, and maintaining premises within budgeted parameters. Ensure full compliance with Section 42, HUD 4350, LURA, and applicable state and federal regulations while mitigating compliance risks. Conduct daily exterior and interior inspections to address issues promptly, review preventative maintenance suggestions, and report all liability incidents to corporate immediately. Train and motivate onsite staff, assist with audits to verify lease file completeness, and manage revenue collection and eviction processes for delinquent residents. Travel 50% of the time between up to three properties to support the Property Manager and Regional Manager in maximizing NOI and achieving operational goals.
