Job Summary
Lead the PMC's single point of accountability for a defined area of the RKEF smelter expansion, integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning interfaces within a live brownfield environment. Coordinate EPC contractor execution, monitor progress against schedule, and manage brownfield integration to ensure Train 1 operations remain uninterrupted. Oversee safety, quality, and risk mitigation while driving mechanical completion and commissioning readiness for facilities including rotary kilns, electric furnaces, and utility systems. Operate independently from the Owner and EPC Contractor to deliver area objectives safely and efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 15 years of experience on major industrial projects
- Minimum 5–10 years in senior project engineering, area management, construction management, commissioning management, or project delivery roles
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
- Brownfield project experience
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project
- Power BI
- Document Management Systems
- Completion Management Systems
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent communication abilities

- Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional accreditation
- PMP certification
