Job Summary
Senior Area Product Owner in the Fees domain responsible for owning and prioritizing the product-area backlog, delivering defined outcomes with business value, aligning business intent with execution across delivery teams, and driving discovery, shaping, risk and controls, and cross-team delivery in a regulated financial services context. The role requires leading Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, managing dependencies, coaching product analysts, and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions while balancing speed, quality, and risk. The position supports a hybrid work schedule and may require travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Experience within pricing, fees, banking, or broader financial services platforms, with understanding of industry dynamics and regulatory considerations
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable product capabilities balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and risk
- Experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies and delivery complexity across large-scale initiatives
- Strong risk and control mindset with ability to operate in highly regulated environments
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across matrixed organizations
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Track record of developing talent, mentoring team members, and building high-performing, collaborative teams
- End-to-end ownership of complex product initiatives from strategy through launch
- Comfort navigating highly cross-functional, matrixed environments with competing priorities
