Job Summary
Owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Blueprint, a high-visibility AI-enabled platform in the Consumer Bank, ensuring governance alignment and integration into enterprise product/reporting frameworks. Leads product life cycle from discovery through delivery while balancing AI-driven innovation with disciplined execution in a regulated environment. Guides cross-functional collaboration with technology, analytics, operations, controls, HR, and business leaders; drives measurable business outcomes through AI/ML capabilities; coaches the product team on best practices and manages platform reliability, scalability, and enterprise reporting alignment; represents Blueprint in governance forums and engages senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
- Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience delivering AI, analytics, or insight-driven product capabilities
- Proven ability to operate in regulated environments with governance requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across product, technology, and business teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills
- Experience defining and tracking product performance metrics tied to business outcomes
- Preferred qualifications: recognized thought leader within a related field, experience leading AI/ML- or LLM-enabled platforms, experience with HR performance management or operational enablement systems
- Advanced degree in business, technology, analytics, or related field
