Job Summary
Serving customers by taking presales orders for delivery and stocking designated shelves and displays. Ensure deliveries are properly worked by organizing back stock on pallets and trailers, bundling damaged or out-of-date items for pickup, and reviewing promotions with managers before finalizing order sheets. Communicate issues, problems, or opportunities with the sales and delivery team while discussing new product offerings, sales events, and display opportunities with each account. Adhere to the daily schedule to service accounts, inspect and maintain customer shelves and end caps, and audit products to rotate stock and minimize pallet pick-ups. Forecast sales based on previous reports and upcoming promotions to ensure accuracy. Requires a valid driver's license, knowledge of Encompass sales software and Paycom HRIS, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license meeting acceptable criteria
- Must adapt to any changes in work assignments
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds using an electric pallet jack or cart
