Job Summary
Area Practice Manager leads teams responsible for the orthotic and prosthetic care of pediatric patients, overseeing operations across New Jersey locations, including River Edge, Union, Belleville, Morristown, East Brunswick, Neptune, and Philadelphia. Key duties include building high-performing teams, coaching and developing staff, budgeting and financial oversight, strategic planning, coordinating resources with other leaders, managing HR processes (hiring, onboarding, training, performance management), supervising payroll and scheduling, and driving standard workflows using EMR/ERP tools to meet financial targets. The role requires strong organizational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a patient-centered focus to improve care delivery for children with orthopedic conditions. Education in Healthcare Administration and/or 5+ years in Healthcare Practice Management are required; experience in orthotics and prosthetics is preferred.
