Job Summary
Area Practice Manager leads teams responsible for pediatric orthotic & prosthetic care across clinics in Washington DC, Richmond VA, and Philadelphia PA. Responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating operations within the geographic region; focuses on coaching and developing staff, strategic planning, budgeting, and improving care delivery. Key duties include hiring decisions and onboarding with HR, performance management and regular feedback, payroll and scheduling, establishing team goals, monitoring workflow with EMR and ERP reporting tools to meet financial targets, and performing other duties as required. The role emphasizes collaboration with leaders to allocate resources, drive continuous improvement, ensure clinical standards, and support a growing pediatric patient population.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Healthcare Administration
- At least 5 years related experience in Healthcare Practice Management
- Experience in orthotics & prosthetics industry preferred
