Job Summary
Area Plant Manager overseeing all Ready Mix plant operations in Norwich, OH. Responsibilities include dispatching drivers, supervising personnel, ensuring equipment maintenance and safety, QA of all products, tracking logs, coordinating with drivers and dispatchers, onboarding and training of employees, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with travel to job sites as needed and flexibility for extended hours including weekends.
