Job Summary

Area Partner: Multi-Unit Operations Leader overseeing a portfolio of Landmark properties (restaurants, event venues, and boutique hotels) with full P&L ownership, annual operating plans and budgets, and accountability for guest experience, brand standards, and people leadership. Responsible for operating rhythm development, coaching General Managers, cost discipline, and delivering EBITDA across hotels, events, and restaurants. Key duties include ensuring service standards across rooms, F&B, banquets and private events; managing KPI metrics (sales, labor, prime cost, RevPAR/ADR, banquet conversion, guest satisfaction, retention); labor optimization and demand-based scheduling; collaboration with Culinary and Beverage leadership on menu quality and cost control; hotel operations integration, event venue management, and restaurant throughput. Leadership responsibilities emphasize direct supervision of General Managers and senior property leaders, transparent performance management, succession planning, and active field presence. Engages with HR on recruiting, onboarding, retention, and employee relations; partners with Sales & Marketing on private events and revenue initiatives; participates in the Art of Hospitality Workers Alliance and community impact programs. The role is field-based in New Hope, PA, with coverage across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers competitive base salary, bonus tied to EBITDA and guest satisfaction, 401(k), comprehensive health insurance, dining privileges, and clear growth path.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive hospitality operations experience
  • at least 5 years in a multi-unit leadership role
  • multi-unit portfolio experience including boutique hotel or high-volume events venue
  • demonstrated P&L ownership and track record of driving financial outcomes
  • experience leading and developing General Managers and senior property operators
  • strong analytical fluency to read P&L, labor reports, and guest scores and translate into action
  • comfort with evenings, weekends, peak holidays, and openings
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field — or equivalent operating experience
