Job Summary
Drive strategic workforce planning and operational compliance to ensure efficient, compliant order fulfillment and growth across the assigned region. Monitor order management practices, forecast capacity, and attrition trends to provide strategic recommendations on resource allocation. Lead branch and onsite set-up operations, execute regional audits, and implement robust recruitment plans based on historical business activity. Create programs to improve associate retention, re-employment, and satisfaction metrics while partnering with field leadership to source and develop talent. Manage complex projects, analyze data sets to translate findings to stakeholders, and drive adoption of new technologies. Requires 5+ years of experience, 50%+ regional travel, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of equivalent work experience
- Previous experience of recruitment strategy and implementation
- Analytical expertise of recruitment processes and metrics
- In-person work and travel throughout the region to onsite and client locations
- Expected travel exceeds 50%
- Ability to prioritize, have strong attention to detail, organize and perform multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
- Experience managing complex projects that may vary in nature and scope
- Proactive in defining problems and implementing creative and sustainable solutions for resolution
- Experience in modeling and deploying business improvement processes
- Experienced in managing and coordinating teams across multiple business groups
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and translate findings to key stakeholders
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply sound leadership practices, including developing colleagues by inspiring, encouraging and providing coaching to improve performance
- Adept at performing to established KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Strategic mindset and collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross functional, cross-cultural environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook, and ability to learn new software as required
