Job Summary
Support daily healthcare operations, client reporting, and client engagement activities to achieve operational goals. Provide training and coaching to site staff on operational processes, patient care workflows, compliance requirements, and reporting practices. Assist with procurement, inventory management, supply distribution, and other operational support functions. Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of site policies, procedures, and organizational systems to meet operational and reporting requirements. Monitor and promote compliance with accreditation standards, ethics guidelines, incident reporting processes, medication management practices, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to ACA, NCCHC, AAAHC, and applicable state standards while leveraging nursing and healthcare operations experience.
Required Qualifications
- BLS/CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a health services field preferred
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current Registered Nurse license in state of employment preferred
- NCCHC and/or ACA knowledge and experience preferred
- At least two years' experience in a healthcare leadership position preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory capacity as a Registered Nurse preferred
