Area Operations Manager - South Permian

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day business metrics and field services for the South Permian area by maintaining employee relationships and exceeding customer expectations through daily engagement. Initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational policies to manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution while organizing efficient workflows for warehouse personnel and delivery drivers. Establish security protocols, liaise with suppliers and transport companies, and plan deliveries to monitor stock control, inventory cycle counts, and future capacity requirements. Produce regular reports on productivity and oversee vehicle and equipment maintenance. Fulfill directions from the Regional Manager and train staff to meet performance targets.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of warehouse/pump shop experience
- Operational knowledge & experience with warehouse operations
