Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in mining or heavy engineering industry
- Minimum of 10 years managerial experience with increasing responsibility
- Ability to effectively lead a $50MM + business unit
- Proven ability to lead operational excellence through application of behavior based management
- Demonstrable teamwork and maturity with a strong work ethic
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Ability to travel
