Job Summary

Lead and oversee multiple aggregates operations in Ennis, Clifton, Gordon, TX, and Ashdown, AR to achieve production, safety, and financial performance goals. Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring consistent adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with plant teams to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost control across all assigned locations. Develop and coach leaders and team members to build capability, engagement, and succession readiness. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support operational improvements and strategic initiatives. This role requires regular travel between locations and a mix of field and office environments with exposure to outdoor conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and deliver operational results
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and prioritize resources
  • Proven capability to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Adaptability and sound decision-making skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in aggregates, mining, construction materials, or related heavy industrial operations
  • Experience managing multiple sites or complex operations with full P&L accountability
  • Strong operational leadership with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable business improvements
  • Track record of building and developing high-performing, inclusive teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Five years of aggregates operations management experience
  • Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and applicable regulations
  • Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking and ability to identify business opportunities
  • Ability to walk uneven terrain and navigate active quarry and plant environments
  • Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and dust
  • Must be able to travel between locations in Ennis, Clifton, and Gordon, TX, as well as Ashdown, AR
