Job Summary
Drive process discipline across 4–5 pharmacy stores by ensuring Store Managers and Assistant Managers follow defined SOPs and daily operational routines. Monitor manager KPIs regularly to address gaps in attendance, performance standards, and execution. Guide store teams through Managers and Assistant Managers to improve accountability and operational clarity. Conduct regular store visits to review operations, identify process gaps, and support improvement in store-level execution. Sales are treated as an outcome of strong processes and consistent execution. Fixed salary of INR 8–10 lakhs per annum with performance-based variable incentives, travel allowance, and PF.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate and above
- Experienced Store Manager from organized retail
- Independently handled a single store
- Managed a team of at least 7–8 employees
- Multi-store operations experience
- Experience in handling multiple stores
- Experience in retail
- Experience in pharmacy
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience in FMCG
- Experience in organized retail
