Job Summary
Support district LAN/WAN infrastructure to allow for the execution of daily operational goals and objectives. Assist, advise, troubleshoot, and coordinate network attached equipment and network appliance installations and repairs. Requires an associate degree in a technical field, one year of technical experience with network hardware and operating systems, and a valid North Carolina driver's license. This twelve-month, non-exempt role reports to the Network Supervisor and offers a Grade 73 salary.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in technical field or equivalent training and/or experience
- One year of technical experience
- working knowledge of network hardware
- working knowledge of operating hardware
- working knowledge of phone systems
- working knowledge of infrastructure
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
