Job Summary
Coordinate maintenance and repair work with the Operations department while leading a shift of facilities mechanics to support 24/7 fulfillment operations. Manage administrative duties including payroll, performance evaluations, and coaching, then audit preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment performs at optimal levels for shipping. Review work orders for accuracy against standards and provide metrics to the Facilities Manager. Requires OSHA and NFPA knowledge, three years of management experience in fulfillment or manufacturing, and proficiency with CMMS systems. Onsite at the Ontario Fulfillment Center with a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and environmental regulations
- Preventive maintenance systems
- 3 years management in fulfillment/distribution, industrial manufacturing, or equivalent military experience
- Experience using work management systems
- CMMS programs (EAM, Maximo, eMaint, Maintenance Connection, etc)
- Strong leadership
- Staff development
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Cost and budget analysis skills
- Onsite work at Ontario Fulfillment Center
- Daily work schedule
