Job Summary
Area Medical Practice Manager for two Decatur and Cullman, AL urgent care centers. Oversees operational responsibilities to ensure service quality, financial results, resource utilization, and superior patient experience. Evaluates patient flow, monitors wait times, identifies opportunities to expand services, maintains high team morale and professional atmosphere, participates in administrative meetings, and acts as SME for training and systems (UltiPro, DocuTAP, Healthstream, Front Desk processes, Occupational Health). Implements Home Office policies and procedures and leads OccHealth sales with home-office support; serves as communication liaison between home office and center teams.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of healthcare management experience required
- Urgent and/or Primary Care experience preferred
