Area Medical Lead

Partner with DVMs across the region to support their professional growth through mentorship, coaching, and development planning. Conduct doctor reviews and help strengthen medical, surgical, and communication skills while connecting regularly with hospital teams to share best practices and ensure doctors have the clinical resources they need. Recruit and onboard new veterinarians to the region, assist with their integration, and work closely with the Regional Operations Director to align medical initiatives with hospital growth and service expansion. Build the future veterinary workforce by supporting externship and internship programs and representing Mission Pet Health within the broader veterinary community.
