Job Summary
Partner with DVMs across the Pacific Northwest region to support professional growth through mentorship, coaching, and development planning. Conduct doctor reviews to strengthen medical, surgical, and communication skills while connecting regularly with hospital teams to share best practices and improve workflows. Recruit and onboard new veterinarians, ensuring their successful integration into the region. Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to align medical initiatives with hospital growth, including scheduling needs and equipment investments. Help hospitals expand services and strengthen medical capabilities while building the future veterinary workforce through externship and internship programs. Travel to on-site hospital locations three to four days per week, with a preference for living in the Seattle or Portland areas.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
- Current state licensure in good standing to practice
- Experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals
