Job Summary
Area Marketing Manager responsible for providing marketing support across multiple Markets within a defined Area, developing and managing the annual marketing plan and marketing strategies to meet local objectives, managing area marketing communications and events, aligning with national programs, and ensuring brand standards are executed across all Markets. Key duties include planning and controlling the annual marketing budget, coordinating culinary events, sales meetings, and promotions; serving as the Area voice for center-led initiatives; advising Area leadership to maximize impact of marketing programs; driving sales growth, market penetration, and account growth; evaluating sponsorship/partnership opportunities; producing local materials (ads, table tents, flyers) and distributing marketing assets; collaborating with Center and VP Marketing for alignment; leveraging social media channels and collaboration tools; and supporting training materials for the sales force. Requires 5 years of marketing experience, a four-year college degree in business/marketing/communications/advertising, advanced proficiency with MS Office and marketing software, and willingness to travel up to 20% overnight. This role emphasizes developing local marketing materials, maintaining brand standards, and delivering center-led marketing programs to drive local results.
