Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and drive sales growth. Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to enhance team performance and customer service. Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and high levels of employee engagement. Perform other related duties as assigned. This role supports VDA, the global leader in vertical transportation consulting and inspection services, impacting the design, reliability, and safety of vertical transportation equipment since 1980.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role, with a proven track record of success
