Job Summary
Lead the Thames Valley area of circa 23 dental practices by delivering sustainable business growth, maximizing revenue and EBITDA through strong operational execution and rigorous cost control. Drive performance across all practices by effectively leading Practice Managers and teams, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes, outstanding patient experiences, high colleague engagement, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clinical leaders and regionally aligned colleagues to achieve financial and strategic objectives while interpreting data to make decisions that drive results. This field-based role requires regular travel to practices across the Thames Valley area.
Required Qualifications
- Multi-site leadership experience in a customer-facing, commercial environment
- Strong P&L management background
- Ability to understand and interpret data, using it to make decision and drive results
- Team leadership – motivate and inspire remote teams to deliver their best
- Collaborative working – working with and respecting the expert advice of your business partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively
- Confidence and gravitas to lead, influence and engage with stakeholders
- Adaptable and flexible, managing changing priorities with ease
- This role is field-based, with regular travel to the practices across the Thames Valley area
