Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of multiple dispensaries within the assigned region, ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal cannabis regulations. Hire, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and key in-store leadership while conducting regular store visits and performance reviews to drive accountability. Analyze sales data, KPIs, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities, set performance goals, and collaborate with marketing teams to execute local campaigns. Champion a consistent customer experience across locations by implementing feedback systems and partnering with compliance teams for regular audits. Requires 2+ years in multi-unit retail management with cannabis experience, proficiency in Dutchie and Metrc, and ability to travel regularly for flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of experience in multi-unit retail management
- cannabis industry experience
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis regulations and retail operations in a regulated environment
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel regularly between locations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in POS (Dutchie), compliance (Metrc), inventory management systems
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
