Job Summary
Area Manager leads multi-unit restaurant operations across Peoria locations, driving sales and profitability, developing leaders, and ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction. Responsible for operational excellence, people development, and financial performance, partnering with General Managers to grow sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction; requires multi-unit leadership experience, Food Safety Certification, and strong skills in operations, labor and financial controls, coaching, and communication.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience required
- Food Safety Certification required
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, labor management, and financial controls
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between restaurant locations
