Job Summary
Area Manager overseeing multiple restaurant locations in a fast-paced QSR environment. Drive operational excellence, people development, and financial performance across districts; partner with General Managers to grow sales and profitability, strengthen leadership capability, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain brand standards. Lead from the floor, own their numbers, build teams that win, and cultivate a path toward franchise ownership. Key responsibilities include Sales & Profit Growth, Leadership & People Development, Brand & Operational Excellence, and Culture & Environment. Success is measured by Sales and Profit Growth, Guest Satisfaction Scores, Guest Feedback Metrics, Drive-Thru Speed of Service, Food Safety & Brand Protection, Associate Retention, Labor & Food Cost Management, Cash Variance Control, and other Operational Excellence Metrics.
Required Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
- Multi-unit restaurant management experience required
- Food Safety Certification required
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, sanitation, labor management, and financial controls
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Demonstrated commitment to hospitality, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between restaurant locations
