Area Manager

Area Manager leads operational excellence, people development, and financial performance across multiple Steak n Shake locations. responsibilities include driving sales and profit growth, elevating guest satisfaction, coaching and developing teams, ensuring brand standards and food safety, managing labor and costs, and partnering with General Managers to expand district performance. The role requires multi-unit leadership experience, a valid driver’s license with ability to travel between locations, and a college degree (preferred) or equivalent leadership experience.
