Job Summary
Area Manager leads promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products across the Southeast Region with responsibility for territory business development, developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; creates demand, grows new and existing accounts, implements territory business plans aligned with corporate goals, conducts key marketing programs to boost market share, maintains call frequency aligned with product focus, stays current on clinical literature, applies CSL selling PS2 model in customer calls, collaborates with patient support groups, communicates marketplace opportunities to the manager, and travels regularly for customer meetings and events; requires a Bachelor degree and proven pharmaceutical field sales success with strong business acumen and knowledge of regulatory environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
