Job Summary
Area Manager responsible for promoting CSL Behring products and developing territory business in the Southeast Region, including building relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. Drive demand, expand new and existing accounts through strong product and disease-state knowledge, implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets, execute key marketing programs to grow market share, maintain call frequency aligned with product focus, stay current with clinical literature, and apply the CSL selling PS2 model in customer interactions. Travel required for meetings and events; represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings and support patient education programs as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
