Job Summary
Area Manager for the Southeast Region responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products, developing territory business plans, cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, specialty pharmacies and distribution channel partners. Drives demand for promoted products, maintains productive customer relationships, communicates product and disease-state information, and achieves/exceeds territory sales targets. Implements marketing programs to grow market share, maintains appropriate call frequency, stays current with clinical literature, applies the CSL selling PS2 model during customer calls, collaborates with patient support groups, stays informed about marketplace opportunities, represents CSL Behring at local meetings, and travels regularly (including weekends) for select customer or corporate events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
