Job Summary
Area Manager for CSL Behring Southeast Territory focusing on promoting CSL products and expanding the customer base in the Syracuse, NY area. Responsible for developing and executing territory business plans, increasing product usage at key call points (HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, specialty pharmacies), building and maintaining customer relationships, communicating product features and disease-state information, and driving demand through marketing programs. Will implement the CSL selling PS2 model, stay current with clinical literature, collaborate with patient support groups, and travel regularly to meet with customers and attend meetings/events. Required to cultivate new accounts and grow existing ones, maintain appropriate call frequency, and support patient education programs as needed. Bachelor degree in scientific or business field with at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience and demonstrated success in field sales and market share growth; knowledge of pharmaceutical market and regulations.
