Area Manager Specialty. Southeast Region

Area Manager oversees promotion and utilization of CSL Behring products within the Southeast Region, developing territorial business plans, growing new and existing accounts, maintaining relationships with HCPs, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners, and driving demand while ensuring clinical knowledge and adherence to CSL Behring SOPs. Responsibilities include promoting products, implementing marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, using the CSL PS2 selling model, collaborating with patient support groups, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and traveling as needed. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field, at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience, proven field sales success and market-share growth, and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations.
